Likely people have stopped caring/GAS. BVG doesn't listen on how to improve the events or make the voting fairer. They have made it harder and harder to get a decent score without spending tons of coins or cash in an unfair voting system for dubious chest rewards. They have turned the events into disguised gambling crap.

I have gone from elaborate rooms now and spending tons of coin and time on them to turning in a room consisting of a bored sleeping elf in the center with a mop bucket. In front of him is a crystal on a steaming sewer grate with three pointy triangular rocks pointing in line to another sewer grate with a chocolate ice cream swirl on top of it--right next to the ice cream is a Spanish bull statue. I just wanted the room instead of buying the entire coin house. I only spent 5,000 gems this time and intend on reusing the crystal/poop/bull equation in my next decor challenge (but only entering if I want the room).

I agree with your Amphitrite! This whole Event thing is such a joke and a waste of the players time! But, BVG is raking in the money from all those who are willing to dish out a ton of YoCash to buy the gems!

I see that now, I see a bucket in both, however, in the cupid room I don't see a banner? I don't see a candle in either rooms.

there is probably a 1 yocoin Napa candestick hidden behind the bushes and i looked at banners and there are some very small ones so again they probably put them first and chucked the bushes on top :haha:

I used a banner and candle from my inventory and hid both up as far in a corner as I could--didn't want them cluttering my anti-event message ;)

I have a room I made for Zynga when they announced their evil plans to kill this game because of Mark Pincus' sorry mismanagement abilities. I didn't get a ban for it after it stayed up an entire weekend without a mod being around. LOL (they did finally remove it). I edited it to be forum friendly, but you get the idea.........
