Thanks but it won't let me click anything there. It goes straight to "account information" with options to read TOS, download archive and delete account. My panic button is slightly going off over here seeing that "delete my account" option. :shocked:

I had this happen to me and for me it took them a few months to figure out why they couldn't unarchive it but stuck with it and eventually it got fixed. I did however lose quite a bit of stuff from Zynga days. Much of the holiday stuff, collectibles, almost all of the old freebies, and a lot of homes. They replaced some of the homes but couldn't replace any that had been retired by zynga. They couldn't replace any of the rest of the stuff. I have been able to find some in the auction house but none of the old freebies as they are no longer tradeable or giftable. If you don't get an answer soon, try starting a new account and use the help tab. You'll lose anything you do during that time if you choose to play while they fix it but at least you'll be able to send in a help ticket. Good luck.

:bye: :party: :D I received a reply from Viking Andrew today and all I had to do was update the TOS, etc. to get back into my game!!! I am SO happy to be back in and playing again!!!!! :smug:
