Account not available? **UPDATED - I am back in!!**

Okay so first I apologize if this is in the wrong forum section - if so - move it to the appropriate section.

Next, I tried to log in to play my game just now. And, I admit, it has been a while since I have last played as life had gotten busy and so my game became less of a focus. I still kept it, though, to play when I could, as I love the game and have been playing since 2008.

So when I tried to log in tonight I saw the following notice. "It looks like your account is not currently available. From here, you may request your archived account information and/or delete your YoWorld account."

I'm confused. :eh: I'm a long time player, but just because I've been unable to play for some time, my account is unavailable and archived and I can simply choose to request info or delete it? I don't want to delete it. I have 10 years of hardcore playing on this account - I want to have access to it again. Is that possible or am I forced to shut it all down? :wailing: I requested info but what does that mean? That I can get it back, or what?

I've never seen this before, maybe you didn't play before the merge between zynga and bvg and thry need to retrieve your account?! :?:
What did it say after you click on request?

I sent Viking David a couple of messages a few days ago but never got a reply (yet). :sad: I also sent Big Viking Games an email and also have not heard back. This sucks. :'(

I am so sorry that it happened to you. Did you take a break during 2014 and 2015? That was when the migration to BVG happened by changing servers from Zynga's to BVG's. I was playing from 2009 to 2012 and only returned in 2015, and my YW account was gone too. I submitted a ticket and they replied that they would look into it, but that was the last I heard from them, so I created a new YW account using a new Facebook account. I hope you get a reply soon and get your account back.

click on the help tap on the far right of you player screen where you see the log , community free gift taps , look at the bottom and you will see contact us, that where yo submit tickets from

Send an email to [email protected] and include your Player ID (number found next to your name)

Please note that if one sends multiple tickets or emails for the same problem, it will be pushed farther back in the queue, and thus it will take longer to receive any reply.

My friend just asked for the rchived account back and they had it in a couple of days. Yes it happens to people that havent played in my friends case , he hadnt played in 4 years.

Thank you! I stopped playing around April 2016 - that was my last post on here, so it was around then that I took a break, with intentions to play again one day.
