In Tears

I am in tears, as I clicked submit right at 4pm and my room wasn't submitted! I had been working on it when the announcement for the maintenance came up, clicked back just as the game went down and all my progress was lost, so I had to start over! I deserve to have my room submitted also, as I spent a lot of money to do it! I did send BVG a ticket and hopefully it gets corrected!

I guess this is not going to get resolved for me! I will more than likely be short the Tokens now for the final prize! So disappointing since it was mere seconds on my submission! :'( :'( :'(

I know how that feels... the last event I wasn't able to submit my outfit even though I had met all the criteria to submit it and everytime I tried it wouldn't let me submit it... time ran out and I was unable to submit my costume so I never got the Final Prize for the last Event and it ticked me off. They really need to do something about these so those of us that do these events don't miss out when we've worked so hard...

if it was 4pm could you not do it again? or do you mean you didn't want to start over again because you had already spent ages on it? :sad:

how do you know this won't be resolved for you? have you heard about your ticket already. if not, try and stay positive. maybe they will credit you with all the tokens you missed out on. good luck to you

jade, this happened to me last room contest, due to lag, and i had spend over 50 yc and countless coins. i sent in a ticket and it was resolved. unfortunately, i didn't see the email or the gems added to my account (i got gems, not reimbursed on items on i would have never bought otherwise) before i accepted my prize winnings, and i'm pretty sure i accepted the 100 +250 while i had 500 sitting there (meaning i lost out on 350 gems that i got from scoring higher than 4.5), so be sure to check that, as well as your email in a few days. good luck. this really needs sorting out.

Jade, they won't answer you through the forums. It has to be through your email report, so they can track what happened & repay/reward you accordingly. Don't get impatient & send another report for the same thing, as that will delay their response.
