The VIP Underworld room got me to sign up for the cheap VIP. So while I am VIP, I am not house discount VIP. Anyone NOT VIP and get the pop-up?

I'm VIP and no pop-up for me either, so thinking it's not that? I thought it was an app issue again, but seems not to come up if I switch to browser. So... Not sure why some of us didn't get it? I didn't get the new clothing popup at first and they seemed to fix that one just fine. I'm just wondering for those that do want the yocash house if they will get the exclusive with it if not put through the popup?

Rather than clear cache, which is a pain and may or may not work, try pressing and holding cntrl then clicking the refresh icon for the browser.

I don't get the discount if I buy it from popup only at Realtor. I didn't get a free modular room either. Hopefully someone can let us know what is going on with the free modular room. I just noticed at the bottom of the popup that the free modular room is only available through the promo. If I'm reading it correctly we have to buy the house from the promo and not the Realtor. I don't think that is fair as we don't get the discount for the house and we always get the exclusive when buying at Realtor with discount.

I'm guessing because the person is a VIP member. I always have to go to Realtor to get discount.

You need to decorate or place items in 3 rooms to level them so you get discount. You can buy a trailer for coins and level 3 rooms and it will give discount or use one of your homes.

LindyLou Who now I'm really confused. It says Reverse City View Balcony Modular Room. To me that means the balcony is reversed and should be in a reverse position of the balcony that comes with the house. Not just a plain modular room that you received. Hope this makes sense. Well slap me in the face silly cause it's not making any sense to me. I've never been this confused in game before.

There are TWO Exclusive Modular Rooms.

This one, which is called "Reverse City View Balcony," came withe YC House.

And the other one, which is called "Singa Pura Lioness Room," came with the Singapura Lioness YC Deals.



And I don't think it has anything to with VIP? My alt account is also VIP, but didn't get the pop-up nor the new house icon in the megaphone. Maybe it is because my alt account is not using the desktop app but a web browser? My main account got the pop up and house icon on the megaphone, maybe because my main account is using the desktop app?

Unless the pop-up is only for VIP Premium? My main account is VIP Premium, but my alt account is VIP Standard

Hey Sealine, I was referring to the Singapore flag which costs either 100k or 6yc. But if you mean the exclusive item that comes with the house that would be the Reverse City balcony view modular room.

Viking Sawad is looking into the issue about the home pop up not appearing in game for some players and has asked, that those players affected, submit a ticket so investigations can be made on those specific accounts, as this is not a game wide issue.

I did go ahead and submit a ticket since I already have the screenshots and I was curious to see if they fixed the system so they would go through. They did. Ah okay. That makes sense.

Regarding the replies and direct emails that is also a known issue about some emails (for unknown reasons) not reaching BVG - this is currently being worked on.

If you were having trouble seeing it yesterday, log it and see if it's there. Not sure if it's a blanket fix or if it was a lightning speed response to the ticket I sent this morning.
