My app has stopped working on my desktop. What do I do to transfer money over when it goes. I haven't had any reply from the helpdesk

The only way I can play the game right now is through my browser on Facebook. You should be able to transfer your coins from your phone just the same. I hope that helps. The app barely works but you can get a few things there still.

Yoworld mobile assistant application gives an error on my phone and says: (Failed to obtain player slot machine information. Slot machines may behave strangely. Please restart the application.) Yes, I restart it, but nothing changes.

How do you restart the app on the phone?


I uninstall the app and reinstall it but the result does not change.
