the Mobile App is not working when trying to buy YC. you click which one you want but it just closes that tab instead of opening the one to confirm payment

I've had the same problem for a while now. I have sent a ticket in twice and am about to send a third one in. All I've gotten is the suto response. If I can't buy yocash soon, I'll have to play the mobile app with coins only and who knows when that'll run out while I am waiting for this to be fixed.
I came here to see if I was the only one having this problem. Seems I am not. This has been going on for 2-3 weeks now for me.

I have not been able to buy yo cash since July 2023. It’s frustrating because I would like to purchase the jackpot items, but how can you do that when you don’t have yo cash. I play it for the coins and I enjoy some of the games and the challenges but I’m really getting frustrated that I can’t buy to yo cash. I’m hoping they get it fixed pretty soon. What are they going to do with the jackpot items, if we can’t buy them directly because we don’t have yo cash plus we can’t play for the jackpot items in the challenge just because we don’t have yo cash. It makes no sense whatsoever. This is getting really frustrating.

I sent in a ticket about the app, no reply. I also sent in a ticket about a regular Yoworld ticket on August 13th, almost a month ago, and no reply. I know this happened one time before when they were in between Vikings and there was a pretty bad backlog. Since all of these new issues have appeared, that might be what's going on here. Hopefully we all get a resolution fairly quickly. I have been wanting to get the jackpot items to design a room. Such a shame!!!!
