Bought coins for £2.99. Twice.

I bought coins on yoworld mobile companion. Both transactions for E2.99. One at 11.40am which didn’t come through, so I bought another of the same, hoping it would push it through, it didn’t. I bought the second lot at 11.44. Only one lot has come through. Please can you either refund the money to my bank or process the transaction fully. The one at 11.40 did not process even though it said it had.
