wont load

here it is another week and I still am not able to load this game . I was playing it right along up until about a couple of weeks ago. Last week it said it was down for mainetance to be patience. Now I back to nothing again. Can someone please help. I tried to contract facebook about this but cant even find a way to even going to what they said to do
