Hey YoFans!

Our team has recently identified an issue that is causing the YoWorld Mobile app to crash for some users on Android devices. We're currently looking into a fix for this, and will share an update as soon as we have one.

In the meantime, if you have been experiencing these issues using the app, I invite you to please get in touch with us by sending in a Help ticket to our Player Happiness team. Including your device information such as type of device, OS details, etc. in your ticket will definitely help our team figure out a speedy fix for this bug.

Hi Viking Sarah, I hope the “Gift to Friends” part of the Daily Quests get fixed. I cannot send a gift back to any of my buddies :wailing: I’m using Apple Device.

I am happy to report that the cause of this bug has been identified!

It looks as if one of the ad networks we partnered with on the YoWorld Mobile app was crashing the app for some Android users. We have turned off this network for the time being to hopefully mitigate these issues.

Of course, if you're still experiencing crashes (or any other issues) please get in touch with us by submitting a Help Ticket or replying to this thread.

Hi Christine,

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble sending gifts to your friends. That's not fun! By any chance, have you sent in a Help Ticket regarding this? When you send in a Help Ticket, all of your account information is sent directly to our Player Happiness team, which allows them to dig a little deeper into your account to hopefully figure out what's going on! :)

Yo mobile too many issues...its always one thing or another log in screen loads half way have to hit the refresh button now to see the continue button ....daily quests gifts to friends never can reach 10 buds ever! expires before I can send more to them...are two issues off the top of my head .As of two months been stuck on stage 58 third one can't complete...guess I'll never move forward. I have have to mention all the coins I loose in the games ..if it wasn't for the videos I would be flat broke and the present at bottom right one thing going for the app..

I have tried for the last couple days to play mobile companion and the game wont start … it keeps stalling out on the connected to facebook screen ….I have an android phone if this helps...Thanks :rose:

I'M IOS AND STILL CRASHING AND WANT SPIN BUT 1 ARE 2 TIMES AT THE MOST I'VE TRIED TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL ANS STILL HAVING PRIBLEMS. SO IT'S MESSED UP ON IOS ALSO MY GRAN-DAUGHTER HAVING SAME PROBLEMS ON HER IOS PHONE, SORYY FOR CAPS BUT HAVE SEVERE EYE PROBLEMS :?:
