Login error flashing message since update

I haven’t been able to login to yoworld mobile companion app since the update. The login error message keeps flashing. A yoworld account is required to use this companion app. Please visit yoworld on Facebook. - done that and still can't get in. There is a message at the bottom "report all account issues at apps.facebook.com/playyoworld". I typed that address in and nothing.
Anybody have any idea how to fix this bug?

It looks like your App may have lost its connection to your Facebook account. I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the App (your progress is tied to your Yo account, which uses your Facebook credentials, so you won't lose anything!) - let us know if that doesn't help! :heart:

I tried your suggestion and it didnt fix the problem. There is a message that says I am connected to Facebook and the yoworld music is playing, but it wont open. Now what?
