Didn't receive YoCash at level 50

I just leveled up to level 50 today and the app glitches while doing so. I got the raining poker chip effect but did not receive the 50 YoCash reward. How do I report a bug? It says to report all account issues through apps.facebook.com/playyoworld and general inquiries to visit forums.yoworld.com.

Hi guys! We're so sorry for the confusion.

We've been experiencing some trouble with level up rewards in the app since our most recent update. A small number of players were able to receive larger prizes than were intended for each level up, and we very much appreciate those who reported the issue to us.

We're acutely aware of the health of YoWorld and what might affect it at all times, and we're so lucky to have a community who helps us support the future of YoWorld. It would be unfair to remove erroneous rewards from players who inadvertently received them due to our error - but while we would love to be able to keep giving everyone huge sums of YoCash for leveling up, unfortunately to allow the bug to continue would have extremely serious implications for the Yo economy in the future.

There shouldn't be situations where you receive nothing for leveling up, however. If you believe you received no reward, or have any questions or concerns about the issue, please do reach out to us in a support ticket. We're more than happy to look into it for you!

Of course. You could have figured it out also if you did not transfer/bet your YoCash. (41+42+43+44+45+46+47+48+49+50= 455)

I didn't transfer any... but I did use some to play - and I won more.
I've transferred some now though...

Were we supposed to get YoCash when we hit Levels 45 & 46? I didn't. I think I got some coins for 45 but I just hit 46 & got nothing.

There should be a cash reward for each level after 40, I received it on every level up. Wouldn't be surprised if BVG have removed it, their tight greedy ways are ever present recently

I just reached Level 48 and did NOT receive a yocash & coin prize. My avatar simply moved up the ladder.

Yocash was [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc up to level 50, that's what I got! Completely unfair that they've changed the prizes for everyone else

I only received YC on levels 41,42 & 43. 44, 45, 46 & 47 no YC just some coins. So not fair that others received YC. Also, I'm pretty sure one of the levels I only received like 44 coins...what is that about?! lol. Everyone should have been the same.
