Didn't receive YoCash at level 50

It would be unfair to remove erroneous rewards from players who inadvertently received them due to our error

in the past you guys have made mistakes before, but banned people because of "your errors."

In this case, it would be highly unfair to anyone if we were to ban them simply for playing and interacting with the app in the same ways you normally would. In the past, if anyone was restricted after we made an error, it was because they took advantage of the mistake and exploited it for their own personal gain. We wouldn't ever intentionally ban anyone just because we made a mistake!

When I first saw that I was rewarded the YC at level 41 and 42, I was like WOW, maybe they are rewarding us for using the app so religiously and supporting it. So when the YC was taken away and now I get nothing when I level up, yeah that makes me a little upset. I am still playing the app like I always have it is just very frustrating to get no rewards at all now.

I got an answer from my ticket today & we are supposed to receive YoCash at Level 33 and then not again until Level 49. In between, at some levels we get coins & on some levels, we get a bump in the daily reward increase or higher bet limit. The Viking who answered sent me a chart. I'd attach it but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to. Jess, would that be ok? Thanks!

it was easy for me to level up since i bought the packages with over 2 millions coins and did all max bets
it wasn't my intention to exploit it just read we weren't supposed to get all the amount of cash but i also used over 250 yocash playing to get the rewards
using my real money have me with a clear conscience and i could have kept all coins and cash earned and bought and had more transferred to my game account it was half/week's paycheck

thanks yoworld for nothing, i dont receive any yc rewards on 41-42 and still 43 level, well until I erase the yoworld mobile companion app already, i know was an YOUR ERROR but i waste my time and my REAL MONEY in that and its not fair play many have already all yc rewards on levels 41 to 50 and others like me no have nothing only debt

I didn't know it was a glitch until I (only now) read this thread and when I got to level 50 with no yocash reward I just assumed that was it, along the way I had even considered that maybe it was their way of encouraging us to gamble yc instead of coins.

I don't think any of us knew. I thought it was their way of thanking us for playing constantly.
