well I finally got hit with the VIP charge but did not receive YoCash or coins. And this is after they said people who had not been affected, wouldn't be. I will be cancelling my VIP and will expect to be reimbursed for the lack of service given. I am so sad to see that they now care more for casinos and such and not the consumer.

VIKING. I just want to let you know that we need to trust the businesses that we do business with. I believe a lot of folks, including myself, no longer trust you.

please tell me how to delete my VIP subscription......I am so done with paying for something I do not receive the benefit for

Click on the VIP at top of the page, you unsubscribe from there. My YoCash showed up AFTER I made a post. I am not touching it though. I want to be reimbursed my monies instead. It is ridiculous how long this has gone on. The game is no longer fun. Good luck.

I am not receiving any Yo Cash with my VIP, What's up? Please help!!

My yocash date keeps changing just the other day it said i had 3 days left now it has been 2 days since then and it now says i have 6 days left on the yocash and 31 days on the gifts and I have gotten no gifts!

My VIP exclusives didn't arrive today as they were supposed to either.

I've got mine now.

i have the 17.99 membership which dont expire until october 9th YET you give out monthly gifts on the 1st of the month and i didnt get any ?
i should be entitled to my october VIP gift since im still a member as of the 1st right?

Well.. I didn't get my monthly VIP items and I'm still waiting for my yocash & yocoins if september

Got an email more than 1 week after reporting the bug about yc and yocoins (which was if I remember right on the 14th of september or about... Then I reported this time for Items.. I didn't get a reply yet for the last one.

And still didn't get the yocoins and yocash.

Just tired of waiting.. shame shame shame

I have not received my monthly VIP items, nor my weekly subscription since they reimbursed VIP a month ago. Sent letters. Only response I have received is asking to rate their performance.

I saw there is Dark Lofi Cat Angel Yober on AH. Is it free for VIPs, guys? Which VIP member do you have to be to get it? *currently I am a member of VIP Premium* I didn't report about it, because I thought maybe later I will get it. But after waiting for it, until now I didn't get it.

My vip membership was supposed to renew tonight and fill my yocash for whatever reason the payment didnt go though so i reactivated it as soon as i got the email. earlier in the day it said my yocash would be renewed at 10pm but when i went in made the payment it now says i have 20 days before I get yocash... UNACCEPTABLE!

What yo-cash? I must have overlooked something....

I joined VIP status. Was getting my daily 10,000 bonus. And my weekly money yo money. Now I am getting nothing I don't understand what has happened or gone wrong. Is there a glitch or something bad going on right now that I need to know about. With VIP memberships. Is it not worth it to keep this membership?

Also I am unable to send gifts to my buddies. What is going on in your world? There is always some type of glitch now I am paying for something I am not receiving and haven't been for about a week now. How are you guys going to make this right? I have been playing this game since it started in 2009
