[NEWS] Update on VIP Membership

Not everyone will be getting YoCash.

Only players that are VIPs on YoWorld.com and made purchases on Facebook version of the game instead of YoWorld.com before we updated to make it clear that the bonus only applies to purchases on YoWorld.com are getting the extra YoCash that they would have received had they purchased on YoWorld.com.

When we initially launched our new VIP program, it wasn't made crystal clear that the bonus VIP YoCash on purchases only applies to purchases made on YoWorld.com, not Facebook.

So this credit went out to everyone that made purchases on Facebook after signing up for YoWorld.com's VIP up to the point we addressed the clarity issue by adding that specifically on the information page.

I had no idea when I was buying Yocash on Facebook that I should have been getting more if I had bought on the Yoworld platform. I figured it out after awhile.

I do want to say it's very epic, just epic of you guys to go back through and figure out with each one of us, what we each would have gotten if we had bought on the platform instead of facebook and then send it to us. I wasn't even thinking about it, I just figured ok I'll buy on the platform from now on.

So thank you, very very much for taking the time to do all the math and everything and send us all what you did. Was just an epic move on yalls part.

I get the New VIP membership, thank you very much for the bonus, but what I don’t like is that I’m charged in US dollars by xsolla and the exchange rate is different to when I pay via Facebook which converts to a lower UK rate??? WHY? The weekly payment was much better as we could spread out what we spent over the month as well!
Also, re: the adverts while using the YoWorld.com app, there are at the top, ways to change how you see your game, I have mine set to just the game with no sidebar, hope this helps others. The app also freezes on me, depending on the time of day I play, being in the UK, I find that early morning is less troublesome for me.
I am though, very dissatisfied that there is so much re-invented and curated furniture and clothing from the past! It’s also very expensive to purchase, at least being a VIP we get good discounts on some things, but the free gifts are hardly worth the bother…..
I have been playing Yo for many many years, and am now seeing the game go downhill, not get better, it’s a shame, I will persevere for a bit longer, but may well cancel being a VIP.

So I started out VIP on fb then when we got the app I upgraded cause it said I had to owe a tiny amount and I did. So thats why? Sorry to ask again, It was just confusing me. Thank you

IF you are a VIP member and IF purchased YC on the old facebook platform before 3/15, you didn't get a bonus that those purchasing the same YC on yoworld.com did. Because BVG didn't make it clear that this would happen, they are giving anyone who meets those bolded criteria however much extra YC they would have received IF they had purchased YC the correct way. Now that it's been better explained/clarified, though, it's on us. Now we have to make sure we're purchasing on yoworld.com or through the correct app (I'm still confused about this part, myself) or we lose the bonus from here on out.

Hello - I've searched and can't figure out how you are changing settings to see ony the game with no sidebar - I'd LOVE to do that as I despise the flashing changing, or even static, ads - besides going full screen which distorts all lines and makes everything blurry. Or is going full screen what you are referring to? I have ads blocked with a browser but can't figure out how to remove them in the .com site. Any info you could describe about how to change that setting would be great! TIA!

Re monthly, I preferred it weekly like it was before; not that I am not apprecitative at all. But if you calculate some months have an extra week. We used to get 50 yocash a week. Now your giving a 4 week month of 200 when some months have extra days in that month. I do appreciate the bigger discount on the purchase of yocash homes, & vip exclusives. Could we have more options in the vip store of discount yocash prices? How about the earnings at the factory or for chests? Could you up that amount; since yoworld has had Inflation hit it ? I would appreciate any feedback from other players. Thank you for all that you do BVG. Hugs

I can't transfer currency from the MOBILE APP to my YOWORLD online account???! Yesterday, I was able to transfer currency from the app, but today, I CANNOT!!! HELP!!

200 YoCash every month is 200 YoCash less per year than what the bonus was before this "improvement." Did you think we can't do basic math? Add 16.666 YoCash per month to make it the same as before.

Yes, I thought about this too when the 200 a month started as before we got 50 yc per week and some months have more than 4 weeks. The easy way to figure it is there is 52 weeks in a 12 month year.

52 x 50 = 2,600 (What we use to get)

200 x 12 = 2,400 (What we get now)

So we are shorted 200 yocash a year under the new system.

Okay, so this was happening to me, too. So I deleted what I thought was the Yoworld.com and reloaded the game while Facebook was on another tab. I am VIP, but I think it does not matter if you are playing on the actual game site. Now it is working smoothly again. Thanks for explaining this issue better. Much appreciated.
