It's been more than 3 weeks, and the issues are still present. I find it hard to believe that such intelligent people are unable to correct the glitches. With that said, I will not be renewing my VIP and will not purchase anymore YC. Thanks for the memories.

is anyone else having trouble with there vip membership i paid for it on 7/27/23 and have not received my coins or yocash and gift in 4 days but can shop in vip store and get 1/2 on houses. is there somthing rong with it.

Yes Lacylaudine. I have the same trouble. have paid but not received any cash or coins for over a week now. Just sent in a ticket. It really sucks.
Too many glitches lately and instead of fixing so many broken things meanwhile they follow up the themes so fast you can't really keep up unless you spent lots of time and money

I sent in a ticket several days ago, and was told it would be corrected. It wasn't. I just sent in another one.

This happened a couple months ago too. It is getting ridiculous. At this point, after years of being a VIP member ... I am about ready to cancel it.

I can just occasionally treat myself to some Yo$ when the mood strikes me. The way BVG is treating the repairs to this game makes me feel they have given up on it.

The same thing is happening to me also. I've paid for my VIP membership on August 1st , my information isn't found on coins or yo cash. I sent ticket last night , wondered how long it took to fix this problem ? Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Click on the blue VIP tab on your game screen. Information on your VIP account will come up. There is an option to cancel it. Good luck.

I am giving them until Wednesday to fix this issue, or I will be canceling mine on Wednesday. I don't have $$$ to throw around that I don't receive what I am supposed to from it. Sort of sad to do that as I am nostalgic about this game, but at this point, with everything in the real world costing so much - I feel I am just throwing away $$$ and not getting the services delivered as promised.

What is going on with VIP subscriptions??? I have submitted 3 tickets for answers to my VIP and no one reply's I have not had my weekly yocash or daily coins in weeks!...any one else having this problem I will cancel my subscription before they take next months with no replies.

Well, I have not seen any bonus. Nor have I received any of my VIP BENEFITS for months now. But they keep taking my money outta my bank account and they do not give me my benefits...Hate to say this but seriously...Does someone need to sue them for charging customers for something that they are not able to provide?? WHERE ARE MY VIP CASH? COINS?

Thanks very much for the cash and I accept your apology. Now, if only the desktop app would work correctly, I could use it. I'm always crossing fingers that my clothes will be on and my furniture will be there every time it opens, then switching to the browser version as soon as my eyeballs disappear, which is with one teleport. Just an idea........ How about removing the ads on the VIP member's games???? We pay to play, and I have found the lagging and freezing are directly affected by the ads changing and flickering around. Plus, I can only play so long before I gert a headache from the ads moving and flashing.
