I also want to make sure i am understanding this, So if i had bought my yo cash on Yoworld,com i would have gotten all the extra you just gave me Holyshi....... I had no idea . Now i thank you but the 2 times i bought yo cash on yowrld.com the first they screwed up the second they screwed up. I paid 40 $ and didn't get my you cash I landed up spending 2 hrs. writing to the company and having a panic attack . If that's what is gonna happen i guess i wont get my bonus cash , I don't need that stress

Viking Andrew I just bought the 4.99 tiered item in Yoworld.com and did not receive a thing it happens every time If it is going to take hrs. for me to get what i purchased then i want nothing to do with this I am logged in on their site as well as yours I also received a receipt for my purchase so they got my money Now where's my stuff

Not everyone will be getting YoCash.

Only players that are VIPs on YoWorld.com and made purchases on Facebook version of the game instead of YoWorld.com before we updated to make it clear that the bonus only applies to purchases on YoWorld.com are getting the extra YoCash that they would have received had they purchased on YoWorld.com.

So I started out VIP on fb then when we got the app I upgraded cause it said I had to owe a tiny amount and I did. So thats why? Sorry to ask again, It was just confusing me. Thank you

Perhaps rephrase it to "Current VIP members should notice..."

I'm guessing BVG will be very busy with tickets coming in, which is a waist of time and thus money. I'm wondering if there was a business restructuring month's ago, which is failing.

I was VIP on FB and switched to being a VIP on YoWorld.com. I have cancelled my VIP because it was not what I expected.

I haven't received a bonus either. Or, maybe we should call it a payback/refund? I love Yoworld and have been playing for many years: almost from the beginning. It has become so expensive and for curated items, or as I like to call them, reruns. I'm so disappointed. I wish you guys cared.

I appreciate the gift of $30 YoCash. I thought I understood how the VIP membership works, though your post states you get the cash monthly at the beginning of the month, when I get mine in the middle of the month (I received the $200 on the 16th, not the first- possibly this is based on when I transitioned to the new membership?). As I am getting the cash each month, I can only assume that by using the desktop app it takes you to YoWorld.com. I would also like to take this opportunity to say I preferred the $50 weekly as I liked it spread out over the month. Plus, there are 52 weeks in the year, which gave me $2,600 instead of $2,400 (and yes, I understand the cost of membership went down). And, I am very disappointed in the "ads" that take up more than half my screen. Most sites don't have ads when you are a "paying" member. At first on this new platform, I had ads that would pop up, I would refresh and most of the time I was then ad free. However, now I always have ads. The YoCash, discounts, and cool VIP items are good, but I would really like ad free play. Also, when the game asks you if you want to post to FB, it always freezes my game up, whether I say yes or no, and I have to reboot my computer, because it won't let me exit. I've been very patient with the glitches, but am wondering when they will be fixed. Thank you and I really do enjoy playing YoWorld.

Try installing ad blocker it helps remove any ads

When we initially launched our new VIP program, it wasn't made crystal clear that the bonus VIP YoCash on purchases only applies to purchases made on YoWorld.com, not Facebook.

So this credit went out to everyone that made purchases on Facebook after signing up for YoWorld.com's VIP up to the point we addressed the clarity issue by adding that specifically on the information page.

If you check your Log you should see your YoCash added if you qualified for a grant.

This is EXACTLY what happened with me. When I first started on YoWorld.com, I could refresh & the ads would go away. Now they're there all the time & refresh doesn't do a thing. I absolutely agree we should have ad free play! The constantly moving and changing ads on the side give me vertigo. I have a terrible time trying to do anything when I keep getting dizzy while I decorate or whatever. VIP Membership doesn't mean a thing if YW makes me sick!
