most of the links are not working so i'm posting here why can i not change my clothes every time i click edit avatar it freeze up then i get a pop up say wait or exit page i click wait does nothing been weeks when are you going to fix this and don't tell me to clear my cache all ready done that still won't work

Your first step is to contact one of our wonderful, creative siggy makers in their "shop threads". Look in the Wishlists, Giveaways and Contests section: viewforum.php?f=3

Welcome to the forums charlie.

The game isn't set up to be played on mobile devices, and you are best using your PC and accessing the game thru Facebook or the Desktop App, which can be downloaded to your computer after you have logged in.

Please try accessing the game thru your computer and let us know how you get on.

Still trying to find help posted yesterday was shopping for the bali thing indoors and clicked on a tree by accident, I removed the tree but it still charged for it had 50,000 coins and it went down to a couple thousands looked for tree in inventory sell it back if it was there but wasn't. Help. plus saw their were beach items are they for another room and in the tavern saw cellar items but don't see a cellar room? do you purchase some other room and attach it by editing or something? finding help is rough on here, haven't played since my son was younger his old avatar I helped him decorateon here trying get used to new things on here

With regards to the issue about the tree purchase, I'm not sure if you mean you purchased it from the store or the Auction House?. Any items purchased in game should appear in your inventory and you can check this by searching for it when you're in edit and typing tree in the search box. Also looking thru your log entries (you will find the log tab at the top of the game screen) to see what transactions have taken place on your account.

The tavern items had its own room attached to it, if you purchased the deal. If you just purchased the items from the store, then you can visit the Realtor Office and buy a modular room which you can connect to another home using the teleport arrows.

If you are looking for help generally, it is easier to get it, if you start a thread by clicking the new topic button at the top of the page:

hey i am unable to recieve the gifts sent by my friends (not daily gifts) and even when i click on the Gifts it doesnt show me anything not even the messages sent by my frnds ..i've been facing it for so long what should i do?
