Claiming Survey/Newsletter Items from a Mobile Device

Hey YoFans!

If you're having some trouble claiming free gifts, either from the YoWorld Newsletter or from an in-game survey, you will need to open the link from your newsletter or survey on your desktop computer. If you've been redirected here, it's likely because you tried to claim the free item using a mobile device (like an Apple, Android, or Kindle device).

In the event that you're still having some trouble claiming the free item, please send in a support ticket using the "Help" tab above the game.
